Valuation of business where two forensic accountants differed substantially in the value of the business, imputation of income due to decreased earnings of one party, Family Code § 4331 vocational examination party, division of debts, Watts charges, retirement plans, life insurance plans, spousal support, and attorney's fees. Case settled.

• One party claimed that the marriage was voidable. The other spouse claimed putative spouse status. At mediation, the parties were able to agree upon the validity of the marriage. Case settled.

• Long term marriage where wife was disabled. The dispute involved spousal support, husband’s pension, Watts Credits, and attorney’s fees. Settled.

• The parties are both professional in this short-term marriage. The dispute centered around the division of real properties, vehicles, household furnishings and the debts accumulated during their brief marriage. Case Settled.

• Husband and wife owns a business together where the income from the business was essential to their livelihood. The marital home mortgage had a very low interest rate. The parties were able to jointly keep the business and a buy out of the residence was agreed to on terms that kept the current low interest rate in place for several years. Settled.

• Complex family law case involving multiple unimproved and improved properties. Long-term marriage wherein the disabled spouse sought spousal support. Further issues involved custody, visitation, and school selection for the children. Settled at mediation.
